RULES OF PURCHASING AND USING A GIFT CARD

These Regulations govern the use of Gift Cards issued by the Publisher.

1. The gift card (hereinafter: the Card) is the property of the Issuer (Bohdan Saranchuk Lezerton) and the cardholder is only its User.
2. The card is sold on the website lezerton.com.
3. The card has an expiry date specified at the time of issue. The Card validity period may not be extended.
4. The card allows you to use the discount code indicated on it when purchasing any item available for sale on the website of the lezerton.com online store, except for gift cards.
5. The content of the card is non-refundable and is not redeemable for cash.
6. The discount code indicated on the Card can be used only once and it will apply to the entire contents of the basket.
7. Items purchased with the Card are subject to the same return and exchange policies as items purchased with other payment methods.
   For refunds for items purchased using the card, the refund will be made as follows:
   – by issuing a new Card with a value equal to the amount of the refund with a validity period of at least 1 month from the date of issue.
   If a new Card is issued, it will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the returning customer.
8. The purchase and / or use of the Card constitutes full acceptance of these regulations, which are available on the website lezerton.com.
